Angela helped me to manage my ongoing lower back problems all through pregnancy. I was worried the weight of my bump would trigger muscle spasms which means my back seizes up and it takes about a month to recover. However, regular one to one sessions with Angela, plus doing exercises at home (about 20 minutes a day), kept me mobile.
