I am now much more aware of my pelvic floor and often during the day I think of it, not only when I do my exercises. How did you hear about pre natal pilates with Angela? Recommendation from a friend. What did you feel you gained from doing the class? Regular excercise, strengthening whole body with specific focus on pelvic floor. Angela helped me to manage my ongoing lower back problems all through pregnancy. I was worried the weight of my bump would trigger muscle spasms which means my back seizes up and it takes about a month to recover. However, regular one to one sessions with Angela, plus doing exercises at home (about 20 minutes a day), kept me mobile.
