“I’ve been to both the pre and post natal workshops and have found both really beneficial. The pre natal sessions helped with my strength and core which kept me active and mobile throughout my pregnancy and labour. The post natal sessions helped me to continue to build back my strength and flexibility and it was great to try some different equipment and tailor it to exercises that would help me since having a baby. After finding out I was pregnant I stopped exercising completely – partly through the early stage fatigue, but mostly through a lack of knowledge of what, if any, kind of workout was ok.
