What do you feel you have gained from attending the post natal pilates class?
CONFIDENCE IN MUSCLES RECOVERING FROM 3 FINGER SEPARATION WITHOUT INFLICTING DAMAGE, STRENGTH, A FEELING OF RETURNING TO MY FORMER SELF, RELAXATION TOO!

What attributes does Angela have that she brings to the class?
VERY JOLLY, EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SOUND KNOWLEDGE TO INFORM AND GIVE CONFIDENCE TO MUMS, VARIETY FROM CLASS TO CLASS, MAKING SESSIONS FUN!

Would you recommend doing a post natal pilates class over running (or any other high impact aerobic class) too quickly post delivery and why?
ABSOLUTELY BECAUSE I HAVE GAINED MY FORMER SELF UNDER CLOSE SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE WITH THE FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT I AM NOT DAMAGING MYSELF THROUGH INAPPROPRIATE EXERCISES.

I would highly recommend Angela’s Post Natal Class, to ensure you build your base up slowly and strongly from the start rather than going back to exercise too quickly and causing further set backs due to weaknesses.
