“I joined the post natal Pilates class after completing the pre natal Pilates class which I found energizing and really useful. The post natal class has helped strengthen my core, strengthen my pelvic floor and generally made me feel good. Angela is a fantastic instructor and tailors her class to your needs. She also provides further information around diet and nutrition along with tips on just how to feel good. She is friendly and approachable for any issues. Would definitely recommend any of her classes to everyone!!’ Dee and Oscar
