I first met Angela when I attended her pre natal Pilates group. I wish I had discovered this class earlier as it was exactly what I needed to keep me active during my pregnancy. I have since joined her post natal group which has been fantastic. Angela is incredibly caring yet will push you to achieve your personal goals. It can be frustrating in the class when your little one needs lots of attention or a feed but Angela is great at involving the babies to help you participate as much as possible. Angela really does seem to care about every class member and wants to help with whatever she can. She has given me lots of really useful advice and tips and even some of her children’s old toys and clothes!

I was anxious about getting my strength back after having Ben, and this class has allowed me to do it in a controlled way whilst gaining confidence in exercising again without the worry of doing [more] damage to my body.

I often find myself doing something at home and Angelas little suggestions will pop into my head which I’m sure is one of the other reasons I am able to start feeling strong again… Every little bit helps as they say!
