“I found Angela’s class a fantastic help after having my second child. I went along at six weeks after his birth with a weak back and no stomach muscles! With Angela’s encouragement and advice and tailoring the class to my pace I got stronger each week until by the time my baby’s was crawling my back was so much stronger that I could even do some of her advanced suggestions! The class is brilliant and it’s a really friendly welcoming environment. I have already recommended it to loads of my friends!”
