CONFIDENCE IN MUSCLES RECOVERING FROM 3 FINGER SEPARATION WITHOUT INFLICTING DAMAGE, STRENGTH, A FEELING OF RETURNING TO MY FORMER SELF, RELAXATION TOO!

6/Would you recommend doing a post natal pilates class over running ( or any other high impact aerobic class) too quickly post delivery and why?
ABSOLUTELY BECAUSE I HAVE GAINED MY FORMER SELF UNDER CLOSE SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE WITH THE FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT I AM NOT DAMAGING MYSELF THROUGH INAPPROPRIATE EXERCISES.
