Slow Contractions – squeeze back passage (stop yourself from passing wind) and front passage (stop yourself from weeing) pull up to about 40% of your maximum contraction and hold for 20sec then slowly lower. Repeat this X 10. Fast Contraction – repeat as above, this time squeeze and release 10 X quickly
