ONLINE PILATES CLASSES IN OXFORD/uncategorized

With the ongoing lockdown, I thought it would be useful to post about the classes I am running online to help keep us all moving and motivated throughout this challenging time we are having to cope with.

ONLINE PILATES CLASSES 

MONDAY – 12.15-1pm Beg/Int Pilates Class

TUESDAY – No classes

WEDNESDAY – 7.45-8.45pm Int Pilates Class

THURSDAY – 10.30-11.30am Post Natal Pilates Class

– 7.30-8.30pm Pre Natal Pilates Class

FRIDAY – No classes

SATURDAY – 9-10am Beg/Int Pilates Class

HOW TO BOOK

Simply choose the class you want to join from the schedule above and email me to book your place.

Once I have reserved your place,  you just need to sign up to ‘Zoom‘ (it’s free) and I will then send you a link in advance of your class with a password that you’ll use to login at the time of your class.

OTHER APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE
