Join me in my Pilates for Runners Workshop to help strengthen and support your body for running. This is a 1 hour workshop looking at hip mobility and functional glute strength to improve your running technique. I will also look to discuss breathing during running.

Whether you are a couch to 5K runner or an ultra-distance runner, the workshop will help to give you exercises to take home to include into your weekly programme to help support your running.
