This class is an in person class only. This is the TUESDAY AT 11am CLASS! (I also have another post natal class on a Monday at 10.3am) A great way to meet other mums and workout with your little one next to you. Learn the correct way to engage and connect with your core post-partum and build strength back to support your day to day demands of motherhood but also to do the things you want to do again.
