Tiny Habits Retreat Day - Sat 29th January

Join Amy (yoga teacher) and myself for a little self indulgence. Treat yourself to some time to think, clear your head, set your intentions for 2022, move through Yoga and Pilates workouts and think about improving your nutrition. This is our first retreat and we are so excited to be able to offer this at the Physically-fit Studio in Cassington. We wanted to be able to offer some time away without it being a full weekend away (although its nice its not always practical) so this is a way of getting that time away for yourself and looking after number 1! We can't wait to have you!
