Having done pregnancy pilates with Angela, I was really keen to start her post natal class as soon as possible. Angela’s passion for both pilates and keeping fit is incredibly motivating and her enthusiasm is contagious! Angela is genuinely interested in finding out what your goals are and she is then absolutely invested in helping you achieve them. Her classes are enjoyable but also challenging – I always come away feeling tired but energised. Any question I’ve had, has been answered thoughtfully and Angela often refers back to previous issues or queries in subsequent lessons. Angela has a very personal approach to working with each person in the class and this is very encouraging in developing your fitness post birth.
