I’ve been to post-natal Pilates with Angela twice and each time her knowledge and enthusiasm has been hugely reassuring and motivating. She ensures that each member of the class has an appropriate level of challenge and that if an injury or any soreness has crept in, she helps you address it in the class. I love that she also talks about how to adapt fundamental tasks (like carrying a baby in a car seat), so that it is safe and also that she gives nutritional tips. Angela is absolutely passionate about pilates and this makes her classes really fun. I hate missing a class and always feel better after one!
