Pre Natal Pilates THURS (10 weeks)

If you are pregnant and want to do safe and strength building exercises throughout your pregnancy then you will LOVE this class. I focus on functional movements to prepare you for all the lifting and loading you do with your baby, you will learn great tips to help you recovery from delivery and support your body the right way and its a great class to meet other mums so you don't feel you are on your own!

The Dates are: 18th, 25th April, 2nd, (9th May NO), 16th and 23rd May (30th May NO), 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th June, (4th July NO) 11th July (10 week term)
