Wed Intermediate Pilates Class (10 weeks)

A Intermediate to progressed Pilates class using a variety of props to make the class more fun and challenging but also using those props to support any injuries and restrictions we might feel so that we can break down challenging moves to then build up to doing them in different ways so you are always challenging your body and building strength.

The dates for the classes are:

24th April, 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd May,( 29th May NO)  5th, 12th, 19th June & (26th June NO), 3rd &10th July (10 week term)
7.45-8.45pm
