Pre Natal Pilates THURS (8 weeks)

If you are pregnant and want to do safe and strength building exercises throughout your pregnancy then you will LOVE this class. I focus on functional movements to prepare you for all the lifting and loading you do with your baby, you will learn great tips to help you recovery from delivery and support your body the right way and its a great class to meet other mums so you don't feel you are on your own!

The Dates are: (11&18th NO), 25th Jan, 1st, 8th (15th NO) 22nd and 29th Feb, 7th, 14th and 21st March - 8 week course
