If you are pregnant and want to do safe and strength building exercises throughout your pregnancy then you will LOVE this class. I focus on functional movements to prepare you for all the lifting and loading you do with your baby, you will learn great tips to help you recovery from delivery and support your body the right way and its a great class to meet other mums so you don't feel you are on your own!
