Focus: Strength, Mindful Movement & Nourishment for the Holiday Season

WEEK 1 - Strong and Grounded

  • Pilates: Core and Back (30 mins)
  • Yoga Flow: Ground & Breathe (30 mins)
  • Stretch Session: Evening unwind (20 mins)
  • Pilates: Strength with weights (30 mins) – full-body
  • Yoga Nidra: “Root & Release” (20 mins)

WEEK 2 - Restore and Recharge

  • Pilates: Core & Glutes Power Flow (30 mins)
  • Yoga Flow: Heart Opener & Balance (30 mins)
  • Stretch Session: Full Body Restore (20 mins)
  • Pilates: Empower & Align (30 mins) – build functional strength
  • Yoga Nidra: “New Year Intention Setting” (30 mins)

After 2 weeks, you will:

  • Feel stronger, calmer, and more energised
  • Have reconnected with mindful movement and breath
  • Maintain balanced nutrition through the busy period
  • Enter the New Year feeling refreshed, grounded, and clear
