Strength for Runners Workshop

Welcome to my Strength for Runners Workshop

This workshop is aimed at anyone who enjoys running and would like to give their bodies a little extra support so that running feels smoother, easier and stronger during their running and post recovery becomes easier.

What we will cover:

  1. The importance of foot function for running
  2. Improving Glutes and Hamstring Strength
  3. Core and Back Strength specific for running
  4. Functional Drills for Running
  5. Stretches to support post running muscle fatigue

When:

Saturday 26th April from 4pm-5.30pm (1.5hrs)

Where:

Online but if you can make it in person to my studio in Cassington that would be great! (just let me know your preference)
