Join me for a low impact heart raising workout. All you need is yourself and a pair of dumbbells. A mat and a little space. I show you the routine once through and you can repeat it 2-3 rounds to get more of an effect and workout. Perhaps build up each time you do it to see improvement in your fitness and strength. This is pelvic floor safe as long as you keep to the lower options.
