This is a short and effective 10 minute abdominal blast workout. Join me for a workout that will give you a strong burn in your abs. We do each exercise for 30sec with a 10sec rest before moving onto the next exercise. Keep your form, and keep breathing. Good luck!

This is not advisable for pregnancy or early post natal or anyone with a healing Diastasis Recti or C section. Please feel free to drop me an email if you are not sure whether you should do this workout if you are in the post natal recovery period.
