This is a 10min all over body mobility and stretch video. Use this to get mobile and going for the day or use it before doing any sport or activity. Often when we are tight we feel we should stretch, but often mobility through movement can aid a bigger release coupled with some foam roller or Spikey ball release and then activate those muscles in need of some TCL and you gain a greater range of movement.
