A lovely 45min class focussed on creating stability and balance with some standing exercises before moving to the floor for core and back strength. This is a recorded live session. Always ensure you are happy with the level of class you have chosen and if there is any doubt about the level or you feel discomfort when doing a class, please stop. Perhaps try a different class or  make sure you use the modifications where available.
