Join me for a lovely all over body workout in this pre natal pilates class. This was recorded in lockdown and unedited so very much a live class. You will need a pair of weights and resistance band and something to sit on so you feel comfortable when sitting cross legged on the floor. We start with a gentle mobility and connection to your pelvic floor and core muscles before moving through a full body workout including strengthening your butt and leg muscles and finishing off with some stretching and mindful relaxation.
