This is a specific exercise designed for anyone recovering and still healing their Diastasis Recti. Please ensure you do the level 1 exercise first which is done on your back which means gravity is assisting your connection and engagement. Progress to this exercises when you have mastered level 1. This exercise is done against gravity so makes it a little more challenging but good to practice.
