Join the lovely Lisa for a 30min Yoga focussed stretch and release class. I asked Lisa to do this class for all my pilates participants and so its not about being good its just about letting your body move and flow. So no criticism, just enjoy moving differently. I certainly found a lot of those stretches challenging! You are not alone if you do too.
